For starters, you should taste GOODMAN home-salted herring with rye croutons (179 USD) and delicate carpaccio of salmon with tomatoes (239 USD). The classic "Caesar" we recommend to replace by the salad with marinated salmon (169 USD), or the original "Caesar" with shrimps (289 USD). Lettuce Romano and Iceberg lettuce, seasoned with Caesar sauce and sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese, perfectly combined with croutons and juicy shrimps.
Beckons, captivates, scorches and promises to pleasure even the mere sight of this dish. Hearty, rich broth with herbs and vegetables will give you energy for the whole day! As a main course, choose salmon steak (429 USD). This dish is a great example of that genius consist in simplicity: fried until golden brown, norwegian salmon steak served with lemon. Salmon with asparagus is perfectly grilled with mashed potatoes and a salad of ripe tomatoes. And the final chord meal of seafood will be grilled with tiger prawns (389 USD).
